Bullet Journal

Having watched Downton Abbey, I suddenly had an urge to find my glass pen with the fountain nib that I had when I was in college. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find it.

But I did stumble across a blog describing how to create a bullet journal. And even though I know that its probably a concept that has been around for a while, I’m new to it. And well, I thought it was pretty cool because I haven’t been able to keep a to-do list or an organizer for a very long time and this sounded like it might be a great way to get me back into the habit and hopefully organize my life again.

Anyway, given how flexible this concept is, I decided to use one of those free organizers that my was given to my mom by her insurance agent. I really like this one because the monthly calenders are all right in front with a bunch of empty pages at the end. So as suggested, I made an index page, followed by a list of things to do for the month, and then a daily to do list. So far, I’ve stuck to it for the past two days. I’m not really sure how long I’ll stick with it so I guess I will keep you updated!

I've been swinging from place to place looking for new adventures every day.
