There is something so precious about reading a book, in paper form, that even though I am a big fan of electronic books (I mean, can you imagine moving from country to country hauling boxes of books? And over 15 years with all that silver fish lurking in there!) I can’t help myself but to buy a book everytime I enter a bookstore. A rather hazardous process when especially when you are about to move across the Atlantic Ocean in about 2.5 weeks. But we were at Castle books yesterday and I spied with my eye Agatha Christie’s Elephants can Remember. And in the first chapter is a passage on teeth. Isn’t it wonderful how she manages to describe what is normally so mundane and what we normally take for granted? She’s a gorgeous writer and I don’t think she gets enough credit!

I've been swinging from place to place looking for new adventures every day.
