Coffee as a work of art

Grace Magazine posted these pictures of coffees made by baristas in Vancouver. Talk about taking pride in your work! More pictures are up on her site. But I think this one is the cutest. There’s also a really cool one with the moon and the stars. Starbucks should probably train their baristas to do this…after all, if I am paying gourmet latte prices, why can’t I expect gourmet coffee?
Cool! But whatever happened to plain old black coffee?
